OUR STORY

Redefining Luxury Dining With Culinary Artistry

An experience orchestrated by our Michelin-star awarded Chef and Sommelier Troy Knapp, Sea Table is a culinary adventure fusing fine cuisine with the intimacy of a private yacht. From the local farm and sea-sourced menu, which can be paired with exclusive French wines and Champagnes dockside at The Wharf DC, to a sunset sailing experience on local waterways,

Cru Classé, a French-built vessel, bears the name in honor of the pedigreed wines of the "classified growth” produced exclusively in France. An elegant 2016 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 469, Cru Classe is a 47 foot sailing yacht from the design cabinet of Philippe Briand. The open cockpit accommodates up to six guests for a special experience aboard.

In the midst of the pandemic's challenges, Cru Classé joined the collection of dining venues at the fashionable Wharf DC as an alfresco haven.

Cru Classé is not just a luxury sailing vessel; it is a floating testament to Troy's dedication to the art of fine dining and unique experiences. The open cockpit, with its panoramic views of D.C.'s iconic skyline, becomes the stage for an intimate culinary performance. Here, guests embark on a gastronomic journey guided by the skilled hands of a chef who has graced Michelin-rated establishments and navigated the high seas.
