The menu aboard consists of four or six courses with wine pairings presented creatively. Dayboat scallop crudo with cherry blossom shoyu is presented in a scallop shell atop a handmade stemless glass of single vineyard Sancerre. In addition to a la carte, a full pairing option is available. Nonalcoholic mocktails are also available.

Our exclusive private dining Sea Table experience aboard Cru Classé, served al fresco “dockside” at The Wharf DC. Approximately $180 per person plus wine selections, service charge and sales tax.
Oyster Sail
June - August
Much like a wine tasting, this oyster tasting experience includes fresh local oysters, a guided introduction to oyster dining, shucking, and mariculture, and features specialty accoutrements. Approximately $225 per person plus wine selections, service charge and sales tax.
